Where We Ship
We deliver across India — every order packed and dispatched from our facility in Mumbai. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days from dispatch, with same or next-day delivery available in Mumbai and faster turnaround across metro cities.
Serviceability and the delivery estimate depend on your pincode. Enter yours on any product page to see whether we reach you and how long it will take — and if we can't reach your area, that's flagged there and again at checkout before you pay.
Shipping Charges
Delivery is free on all orders of ₹499 or more, anywhere in India. Orders below ₹499 carry a delivery charge based on your region, shown at checkout before you pay:
- Maharashtra: ₹49
- Rest of India: ₹59
- North-East states, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh and island territories: ₹69
Order Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays go out the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp to follow it every step of the way. You can also track your order here using the tracking number from that message.
Packaging
Every order is packed to preserve freshness and aroma in transit — because a spice that loses its fragrance before it reaches you has already lost the point.
